I had my doubts about Gridlock when I watched it. I really didn’t like “New Earth” from last season so a return to that planet kept me somewhat closed minded. But I have to say I was impressed with the way Russell T. Davis took an insignificant monster from the second Doctor and used them in such a way that pushed the story along. Gridlock was an important story too since the Face of Boe had returned with his secret for the Doctor. “You are not alone”, sent chills down my back, a smile to my face and a tear in my eye. This season is building already and we are only 3 episodes in. But building to what? I look forward to the next episode with anticipation.

Review: Gridlock, SPOILER WARNING.
