RETURN TO CASTLE WOLFENSTEIN

Producer Samuel Hadida (Silent Hill) acquired the movie rights to the game RETURN TO CASTLE WOLFENSTEIN and he has chosen the director. He will be reteaming with screenwriter/director Roger Avary (Pulp Fiction) from their "Silent" experience to adapt the videogame to the big screen.
Avary has recently wrapped up penning the script for Zemeckis' BEOWULF which hits theaters this November.
As for Avary's "experience" on the best selling game, he tells Variety this:
"I've been playing the character of B.J. Blazkowicz since the epic 'Wolfenstein 3D' first bruised my brain and have ever since wanted to bring his adventures to life on the bigscreen," Avary said. "It's time to bust some dams, storm some bunkers and blow up some bridges."
