DOCTOR WHO has been sold for German viewers

BBC Worldwide have done a deal with broadcaster ProSieben, which has licensed both the first series with Christopher and Billie Piper, and the second, starring David Tennant and Billie.
Maren Rainer, who provided Scarlett Johansson’s voice in hit movie Lost In Translation, will dub Billie’s part and actor Frank Roth will voice Christopher’s role.
Isabelle Helle of BBC Worldwide said: “The show has gone to 16 countries. We are excited German viewers can enjoy the Time Lord’s adventures.”
