The rumor floating around that Sherlock star Benedict Cumberbatch might be playing the Master in a forthcoming Doctor Who adventure. But Steven Moffat on the other hand danced around the idea by saying: “No, there is no truth to that – unless suddenly there is. I mean, actually, honestly, there are no plans of that kind at all – I don’t guarantee that I’m not lying and I don’t guarantee that I won’t change my mind. So there you go. Hopeless answer.”
